As of this writing, March 2, 2019, there are 24 condos for sale at The martin high rise, with 2 of them being penthouses priced from $ 2,999,999 to $4,250,000. There are 3 of the "10" Stack units priced from $925k for an 11 th floor A unit to $1,495,000 for a 41st floor unit. The "A" or "10" stack condo at the Martin juts out from the entire tower and offer fabulous tri directional views.
Other available Martin Condos range from $369,888 for an 8th floor corner unit to $ 835k for a 1685 sq. ft. front facing condo - The "B" unit.
There are 4 condos at the Martin currently in escrow. The word is out. The Martin is one of Las Vegas' most desirable high rise condo towers of all. Fine finishes, terrific Board of Directors and Friendly HOA staff, fabulous amenities - driver service - coffee bar - gym - etc.
What has sold thus far in 2019 at The Martin?
2 "C" units ( 2 BR + Den facing North Towards The Bellagio & Trump Tower) in 1437 Sq. Ft. One on the 12th floor for $465k and one on the 18th floor for $485k.
One 2 BR 1111 sq. ft condo on the 26th floor facing North for $ 380k - a VERY GOOD BUY
2 Rear Corner units - One "J" one bedroom on the 40th floor in 1035 sq, ft for $470000
The other, a "K" unit on the 8th floor for $365k.
This equates to an average sales price per sq. ft of $361.
All things considered - that is quite a good PPSF in 2019 for a high rise condo.
The idea about condos for sale is one thing that I saw helpful for those busy person, just for example in singapore they are really civilized and busy individual so I think they wouldn’t render time for this nonsense thing
